PHYSICAL AFFECTION: this man is a whore and the personification of a frisky cat, so yes.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: ask first, but sure. he is a supernatural being but can be injured by physical violence, even if he won't truly "die" even with mortal wounds.
PSYCHIC/PSIONIC INFORMATION: as a supernatural entity he can sense and block when someone is trying to read him, but he's likely to be a troll about it. just ask first!
MAGICAL INFORMATION: the cat king has the appearance of a man in his early/mid 20s, but in reality he's a mystical being and a trickster who is over hundreds of years old. he has several abilities, including:
i. shapeshifting
he's able to transform himself into whoever he chooses, mimicking them to perfect degree with the exception of his cat eyes. he also is able to take the form of different cats and a human form when desired.
ii. animal communication (primarily cats)
iii. teleportation

the cat king is able to keep the ghost edwin payne in port townsend through a caging spell, meaning he cannot leave as long as he is stuck wearing the enchanted bracelet on his wrist. this is only later superceded and removed by magic from hell.
v. immortality*
technically an immortal being, in the sense that he has 9 lives. however - once he suffers mortal damage to a life, he is reincarnated as another version of his cat form. theoretically, once the lives run out he could potentially die.
vi. compulsion
the cat king has charms that when scratched along a ghost or likely a human, and compel the person to tell the truth.
vii. magic resistance
normal magic doesn't work on the cat king - however, he is still susceptible to physical damage.
RELATIONSHIPS: i'm partial to catwin, but could also be interested in tormenting charles or monty. up for cross-canon shenanigans with characters 20+. cat king is probably about as pan as they get, so have at him :')
